I'm a graduate of Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage, and am licensed in New York and Florida States as a licensed massage therapist. I have an extensive medical and dental background as a result of my previous careers in pain management and orthopedics. These experiences led me to pursue my massage therapy license, certificates, and valuable training in TMJ dysfunction, lymphatic drainage, orthopedic massage, sports massage & relaxation, prenatal massage and more.
I love empowering clients to understand their bodies and discover the gentle power of the healing arts. I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between holistic and western medicine while providing a safe and nurturing atmosphere to promote healing. I am always looking to integrate new treatments and therapies into my practice and believe that continued learning is an important part of providing quality services for my clients.
My goal is to help melt away stressors and anxiety, aid your recovery, or enhance your athletic training, posture, and balance. I am also knowledgeable in chronic pain, lymphatic drainage, carpal tunnel, migraines, and TMJ dysfunction. No matter what you come in for, you will always receive treatment that is personalized and focused on your specific needs and well-being.

"Massage is not a luxury, it's about maintenance of your mind and body."
I had a recent massage with Wendy on 10/15/21 in the Canandaigua location and it's absolutely beautiful there and welcoming. Wendy did an AMAZING massage & she made me feel right at home! She is very professional, educated, knowledgable, and answered every question that I had! I loved that she worked the troubled areas that I asked her to really focus in on & she always asks if the pressure is right. I already booked my next massage with her & will continue to do so! I highly recommend you do the same.
During a regular deep tissue massage with Wendy, she discovered that I have TMJ Disfunction in my jaw. I have had chronic migraines for years without any relief from medications. After the appointment where Wendy used her TMJ massage techniques, I immediately noticed a loosening of my jaw muscles and the clicking noise that regularly occurs when I chew or talk is gone!
It has been a week since my last appointment with Wendy and I have been migraine free since then. If you suffer from mild to severe TMJ disfunction, you need to see Wendy!
I had never had any type of medical massage. Let me say, WOW. I am feeling so much better. I highly recommend Wendy. She has a sensitive touch and really seems to understand the body. I've had a lot of massages, but this lymphatic massage was like none of my previous regular deep tissue massages. I'm still bruised from surgery yet there was zero pain with Wendy's approach. It felt great. My post swelling is way down this evening, and I feel really good.
